So if he’s MAGA why would he want to blow up Republicans?

Because they wouldn't "stop the steal". At this point he can also claim persecution for being a Christian and will be the newest hero of the Right by next week.
He's got the most all-time SEC wins by an OU quarterback

And of course getting Turning Point and the media involved is not a good life lesson unless she had literally exhausted all other channels of appeal.

Her mom is a lawyer and also a big TPUSA fan, so this feels like she was probably looking for a way to become a "victim" and gain clout from it. It feels very similar to what happened at A&M with that student that got the teacher and president canned.
Her essay was shite. But since she said "Bible" we've gotta make a federal case out of it. Before we know it, we're gonna have a bunch of procrastinating students claiming religious discrimination at every campus in America. Weak sauce

LSU was going to let him stay through the playoffs until his last game. So you are saying it’s OM’s fault it ended the way it did.

Would you let your HC coach your team in the playoff if he was leaving for Alabama the next year? No concern of him recruiting your players or adding to his resume while on your clock? I don't think any school in the same situation would allow a coach leaving to a conference rival the opportunity to have any more access to their program

Wtf you know about blue blood, bitch?

He's not wrong though. They got a 64% winning percentage all-time. They're 59 wins behind Tennessee and only 9 wins ahead of Clemson all-time, for God's sake. A great program, nonetheless

Just like Lane offered to do for Ole Miss, but Ole Miss said “no” and …. Lane is the bad guy but Sumrall is fine?

Makes sense.

Difference is Tulane understands that it's a great opportunity for Sumrall and they're grateful for what he did for their school. Kiffin is leaving OM for a conference rival that he says offers him a better chance to make a run for a natty, while his now former team is heading into the playoff and his new team is in shambles.

Not even close to the same thing. I dare say this is worse than what that scumbag Lincoln Riley did to my Sooners. At least we didn't have to play him in the same conference. But they did the same exact thing by trying to destroy their old programs on their way to their new school.
A lot of money for a head coach who hasn't even won a conference title

No, but my point is that the "regular" uniforms aren't what we wore for a good part of our history. People act like we've never changed it up with uniforms, when we have. I was a baby in the 80's but I'm sure it was controversial when they switched to the "SOONERS" jerseys. One game every other year or so in alternate jerseys is not the end of the world haha

Players like to switch it up every so often. Wouldn't you get tired of wearing the same old uniform at work. Plus, our "regular" jerseys aren't our original ones. We've only been wearing the "Sooners" jerseys since the 80's. I actually prefer our throwback jerseys from the 50's-70's

re: Bama looks pedestrian this year

I'd love to see a breakdown of those yards per half lol...most of Bama's yards came in the first half. They were mostly shut down in the second half. To their credit, the Tide shut down our offense the whole game. But OU's offense is not on the caliber of Bama's

Uhhhh…. Why do people keep saying this. lol.

OU has one of the best defenses in the country, a solid 2026 class coming in and currently the top early 2027 class. With exposure in prime recruiting territory and the 5th most watched team in the country. There isn’t a single metric that points to OU falling off a cliff like Nebraska did.

It's what others (especially texas fans) hope will be the case haha wishful thinking. We were down pretty bad last year but bounced back this year to be in the mix late in the season. This is only our second season in this league. I expect things to get even better next season when the schedule is not nearly as tough as it has been the first two years. But with our luck, Florida, Miss St, and Kentucky will all be good next year
The real "UT", as far as I'm concerned

LSU being ran by a retarded governor is how it was always meant to play out.

I love to see it. How did this guy get elected? Destroying the state flagship institution’s athletic department to own the libs lol
When politicians like him say they want "small government", they usually mean the exact opposite of that. I'm sure big name coaches will still interview, but I can't understand why you'd want to have to worry about the fans AND the country arse governor breathing down your neck.

re: RRSO …..who you got?

Yeah, when I placed by bet earlier today it was -1 Texas. I could see it in OU's favor by Friday. It'll be another close one

Ever heard of reverse jinx, numbnuts?

Lol It'll take a while for me to recover from that sick burn, but hopefully your reverse jinx works out. I'm confident the Sooners won't have to rely on reverse jinxes, but I've seen crazier things at the Cotton Bowl

The Whorns unfortunately. Just don’t see it happening with Hawkins.

Wow. I can understand maybe thinking it in your mind, but to actually type it out during OU/tx week??

I’d prefer that. The reality is that he won’t be 100%. The thumb injury definitely won’t help his accuracy, and he’s already an inaccurate QB.

What completion percentage do you consider inaccurate?
Cheating bama tigers had to go and injure our quarterback, yet still lost. No worries, he'll come back even stronger! Just hope our defense can hold it down until he returns. Texas gets lucky once again and faces our backup qb.
