You guys who always stick up for Myles crack me up. He is exactly why we went 1-2 versus SEC bottom feeders. If he was even decent on 3rd down and in the red zone the defense would have never even been on the field. The best defense is a great offense.

You’re fricking retarded. Did he give up 40+ points in those games? 1100 yards and 11 tds through three games should be good enough to be 3-0. The defense was the problem you idiot.

So we agree that the Founders weren't much better than humans than the Barbary Pirates when it comes to peddling flesh. Despite the remarkable document ( Constitution) some of them drafted.

You can always take your sorry arse out of this nation.

I probably don’t vote like a lot of you. And again couldn’t give two shits. There’s no Red v Blue teams in this country. It’s Divide and Conquer - it’s the Govt (and those with enough money and power to influence) v the rest of us.

Oh so you vote to steal my money through taxation and trample on my liberties? frick you.

Called out Hamilton’s bitch arse to the streets and put that flintlock on that arse.

That’s a man i can respect. That’s why running your mouth back in the day wasn’t done all that often.

Hamilton fricked around and found out.

Thomas Jefferson for me.

-Author of the Declaration of Independence. Outside of The Holy Bible, it’s the GOAT piece of literature ever written.
-1st Secretary of State
-2nd VP
-3rd POTUS
-Louisiana Purchase
-Authored numerous other essays and writings
-Farmer
-Inventor
-Beat the Barbary Pirates’ arse
-Proponent for a limited federal government
-Against a centralized bank
-Countless other works and good deeds
-Looking back, a top 5 POTUS of all time, probably top 3.

Monticello Aug. 25. 1775.
I am sincerely one of those, & would rather be in dependance on Gr. Br. properly limited than on any nation upon earth, or than on no nation. but I am one of those too who rather than submit to the right of legislating for us assumed by the British parl. & which late experience has shewn they will so cruelly exercise, would lend my hand to sink the whole island in the ocean.

In the debate between the Jeffersonian faction and the Hamilton faction, give me TJ every day of the week over that son of a bitch Alexander Hamilton.

Thomas Jefferson, GOAT Founding Father.

My biggest worry about Myles is how he can take a hit coming off injury. I'm not saying it's a thing, but sometimes there is a bit of hesitation or timidity coming back from a rather large injury.

He only threw for about a million yards after he got hurt in that game.

Sick of people badmouthing Myles like he couldn’t start and go out there and win 10-11 ballgames. He was the only part of the entire team last year that didn’t suck arse before he got hurt.

ETA: and this isn’t shitting on Max Johnson either. I believe he could also go out there and 10-11 ballgames as well. You people have extreme amnesia though with one when it comes to our two quarterbacks that have a realistic shot at starting.
Tupelo Honey-JJ Grey and Mofro

I know it’s a Van Morrison song but I enjoy JJ Grey’s version better.

That being said, if you watche enough baseball highlights they all become less impressive because there are only so many diving saves and home runs you can watch before they blend together.

That’s why infield player are always more impressive to me.

They could have had a narrator and no main character explaining we need to accept people for who they are and understand that diversity can bring different ideas and value to all of us.

Meh
I watched Acadiana beat the ever loving shite out of a badass Airline defense/team in the semis in 2019. Love watching a team that can run the veer effectively, even though the offense was illegal shifting on 95% of the snaps. They were leaning big time.

I doubt Airline and Benton parents would want that.

Hell Airline is already pulling from Jack’s Quarters. I’m family friends with the principal there and his son and I are in the same Sunday school class. I don’t think they’re having too many issues behavior wise. The principal there is a non shite-taker from the kids. Same with Bossier High’s principal.

Ah yeah, how could I forget?

Anyway, it’s true. Airline, Benton, and Bossier High need to all join up into a mega school.
I mean that was over 10 years ago. So no. Knowingly broke the rules.
Bossier parish really screws itself from a sports standpoint by having 5 high schools in a parish of not even 130,000 people.

It was the gerbils!

Gerbils caused the Black Plague

quote:

Black rats may not have been to blame for numerous outbreaks of the bubonic plague across Europe, a study suggests.

Scientists believe repeat epidemics of the Black Death, which arrived in Europe in the mid-14th Century, instead trace back to gerbils from Asia.

Prof Nils Christian Stenseth, from the University of Oslo, said: "If we're right, we'll have to rewrite that part of history."

quote:

The Black Death, which originated in Asia, arrived in Europe in 1347 and caused one of the deadliest outbreaks in human history. Over the next 400 years, epidemics broke out again and again, killing millions of people.

It had been thought that black rats were responsible for allowing the plague to establish in Europe, with new outbreaks occurring when fleas jumped from infected rodents to humans.

quote:

However, Prof Stenseth and his colleagues do not think a rat reservoir was to blame.

They compared tree-ring records from Europe with 7,711 historical plague outbreaks to see if the weather conditions would have been optimum for a rat-driven outbreak.

He said: "For this, you would need warm summers, with not too much precipitation. Dry but not too dry. "And we have looked at the broad spectrum of climatic indices, and there is no relationship between the appearance of plague and the weather."

quote:

Instead, the team believes that specific weather conditions in Asia may have caused another plague-carrying rodent - the giant gerbil - to thrive. And this then later led to epidemics in Europe.

"We show that wherever there were good conditions for gerbils and fleas in central Asia, some years later the bacteria shows up in harbour cities in Europe and then spreads across the continent," Prof Stenseth said.

He said that a wet spring followed by a warm summer would cause gerbil numbers to boom. "Such conditions are good for gerbils. It means a high gerbil population across huge areas and that is good for the plague," he added.

The gerbil mafia has been in all out war with humanity throughout history. Look at what they did to Richard Gere. Grand gerbil conspiracy I tell you.
