Crawfish Boil Question
Posted by MelGeauxLSU on 5/5/21 at 12:15 pm
Does anyone have a good system/formula for calculating the number of vegetables and/or Sausage to throw in the boil? Either based on the number per lbs of crawfish OR based on the number of guests. We fly them to Savannah, 150-180 lbs or so. Every year we ALWAYS have way too many vegetables left over. (I personally don't waste time on the vegetables since I only get crawfish once maybe twice a year!) I remember seeing a cool jambalaya estimator on here forever ago and wondered if anyone had come up with a crawfish veggie calculator! :) Thanks guys!
