Gonna have to disagree with that, honestly. I scored above a 20 on ACT. However, to this day I still don't know how to do half of the math section on that test, from what I remember. Additionally, I know people that scored much much higher than a 20 (27+) who have since failed or dropped out of college. Also, college is obviously heavily based on what you major in. If you major in something STEM related you college will be much harder. However, if you major in something like English or another humanity type major, its going to be a lot of writing and reading etc. But the ACT is a cummulative score of like 4 sections (i think?) with all of those topics. So if you struggle with math and science but excel in reading & writing, the individual scores will reflect that but the overall ACT score will not.

Basically, I don't think a standardized test is going to determine how well someone will do in college.

the only cameras on the bridge are the DOTD cameras. They do not record and they are only live feed.
The brother posted on his insta story that license plate readers caught her plate headed east & west towards the bridge multiple times. In total she crossed the bridge 3 times before her car stopped. that's all the info i've seen regarding cameras

Was it actually a basement? Like underground? lots od NOLA homes have "basements" but they are only partially underground, if not completely above ground, and they are really there to raise the home.
