We all have been talking about who but I’m curious as to what time frame it might happen. Our next coach is likely a head coach at another program. If we rule out any coach who will likely make the playoff this year(Kiffin), when would some of the others be willing to announce?
Also, how does this timing effect recruiting and this years class?

The NCAA sent us a “Notice of Allegations” in March and we still haven’t heard what( if any) the sanctions will be. It’s been 6 months. How long do they have to tell us?

Do we have a solid place kicker on our roster? All I here about is missed FG in scrimmages. We have been spoiled to solid kickers for quite a while now and a good kicker can be the difference in a tight game. Also, who is the kick returners? I love having a dangerous kick returner like Trindon Holiday and the Honey Badger… do we have anyone exciting to try this year?

It absolutely is a “culture” change. Our teams from the last two years have not played with the passion we are used to seeing at LSU, have been constantly confused, apathetic and have “opted out” or been injured at a higher rate than any team in the SEC. You are crazy not to feel the selfishness and sense of entitlement in our players. I agree that CBK hates to lose talented players like Ricks but I bet he does more with slightly less talent that plays hard, puts team first and is all in on the system. I’m OK with losing talented but soft players. Culture is a real thing and you will see a harder working and classier version of LSU football moving forward.
