Which of the two would you prefer?
I’m familiar with cast iron as I sear in a skillet inside with cast iron often. Not familiar with steel vs iron
Edut I do have a grill grates grate for my pellet grill.
Looking for a flat surface here

Help me pick the best Searing Griddle for Weber Spirit grill

I have the 3 burner nat gas grill. Has two grill grates. Would like to get one of the griddles below to put in place of one of the grill grates. Sometimes I want to sear meats via flat griddle or cook other stuff while grilling meat on the regular grates.
Anyways, the one on the left is a custom made on Etsy “made from a high conductive steel 3/16 or 3/8 thick
The one on right from Weber is cast iron with porcelain enamel coating.
Which would be better as far as getting a good sear on steaks, fish, etc?
