If we are going to go this route, then why not take it all the way. Include racism against: Eskimos, Asians, Indian (Native and Asian), Russian, Swedish, the British, Irish, etc. Throw in transgender and LGBT for all these races and then ban the harvesting of animals or anything that breaths! While you're at it, I hate carrots, so I guess I need "racism against vegetable training".

They are trying to find out if they are in range. Don't want to spend time on someone that is 50% above their budget. Too hard to talk them down into range. Best answer is a competitive salary commensurate with the position.

Good! I hope more companies move to Austin. I've lived here since 2000 (originally from Louisiana). Place has become a liberal shithole. Bought my house in 2010 and will sell it in two years when daughter goes off to college to another West Coaster for 2.5x what I paid for it. Neighborhood is full of Tech engineers from CA willing to live here and think they are Texans. Austin is not Texas! Not anymore!
