re: This Is What Actual Racism Looks Like

Based off the many facets of society that post on here....if Im black and my top ten best friends (who I would take a bullet for) are white but I hate all the other white people in the world...am I truly racist????

Why do you assume racism? Did you know that both the girl and the boy are half black?
If that was the case and you want to use it, all the white folks that disliked Obama "because he is black" aren't racist because he was half black.....

Has anyone laid claim to these horrible pieces of art? If not, I volunteer a good home for them to suffer on for all eternity. My feelings wont get hurt having to look at them everyday from the windows of my home. Just drop them off and Ill take care of the rest. Ill even let the non-offended come view them.
re: US Marine take on accepting refugees..

Wonder if we could make it where any refugee can enter the country but must be "adopted" or signed off by an American citizen. The American that vouches for the refugee is held criminally liable for any felonies committed by the refugee. Liberals who want the refugees to freely come here should be willing to sign for them and be held accountable for their actions right????

I haven't mentioned any of what you just said in my posts...is something wrong with your brain?

Not a Christian thing to do. Jesus never petitioned Caesar to confirm to His teachings. Anybody who needs the government to coddle their religious beliefs isn't a Christian, but an imposter.
You seemed to have skipped out on mentioning portions of the bible that support my remark. Or you purposefully only use language from the bible that would support your view.

The government is not trying to shut your business down or try to make you believe anything. However, the "Christian" wedding planners, bakers, printers whatever have a decision to make. They can either provide their services equally according to the law or they are going to have to find something else to do. These people have the same choice to make as the segregationists made 50 years ago. No one was telling them they couldn't believe in segregation. However, they were going to have to make their services available to the public according to the law.
Or Christians can stand together and not do business with a company that will bake gay cakes or make gay wedding invitations. The black market of Christian wedding cakes and invitations opens up and us Christians save money using the black market and not paying taxes on the products!!!

As a black woman, neither I nor my friends melted about Senator Landrieu losing; we melted about our friends being too stupid to exercise their right to vote. Generally, educated people are friends with educated people, so one would assume that educated blacks would understand the history of this nation and would vote. However, a large portion of blacks stayed home and it's disgusting. I also melted because at my white precinct in BR, they attempted to disenfranchise me because they assumed (correctly) that I supported the senator. When I tried to vote using my military ID I was told I couldnt because military ids don't have an address on them. It wasn't until hell was raised that they relented when their supervisor told the workers to allow me to vote. I did melt over that.
Im a white male and during the November election they refused my military ID and required a DL to prove my address but yesterday I had no problem with my military ID. I have to assume that it was because they showed record where I voted 30days ago with my DL and they didn't need to check it again. Maybe I should start believing that my black precinct in Shreveport is attempting to disenfranchise me because they assumed (correctly) that I supported Cassidy (lesser of two evils). Why do you have to always think that "the man is trying to hold me down". Gimme a break...

By all means let's kill women and children because that will assure the population of any country we invade will support us.
Do you have any fricking clue what is was like to fight over there? The "bad" Iraqis used women and children against us all the time. They would stand behind them and fire at us because they knew we wouldnt or couldnt shoot back. Sometimes innocent people die but I would rather it had been their innocent people then our soldiers.

WTF is up with us is that we were there and spoke directly to the average citizens of that country for months and years. We didnt rely on the media to tell us how things were going or how the Iraqis felt. Folks that werent on the ground can only believe what they are told. Until you see the gratitude that the Iraqis gave the US first hand, you cant truly know what those citizens wanted.

I dont know which Iraqis you were speaking with but in 2004-05 and 09-10 they had no good things to say about him and were thankful that we got rid of him...And that came straight out of hundreds of average Iraqis mouths, not from media reports.

Yep, as long as we fight wars with the intent of looking good as opposed to out-n-out winning the damn thing, we will always have mud on our face. IMO, we haven't fought a war to win since WWII.
I agree but you know why we try to look good instead of winning? The Liberal America does not want us killing women and children or the innocent. They force a change to the ROEs for the benefit of the enemy. The ROEs should favor the soldier but America is now too soft for that. Had we been allowed to fight like the greatest generation, the outcome would have been different. I saw plenty of American mothers and fathers who didnt come back because the enemy hid behind women and children and we couldnt fire back...Im glad it wont be me who has to explain to a child that they lost their parent because they werent allowed to shoot back....This country is too soft to win a war with the restrictions of the liberal agenda on our troops.

This is the crux of the OP. My answer is the question is ridiculous because what is going on right now in Iraq was inevitable short of us staying there forever. There is no reason to blame anyone for a deadline because the deadline wouldn't exist if we weren't there.
And you honestly think the US, the rest of the world and Iraq would have been better off if we had left Hussein in power?

Tell it to Jesus when he asks you why you turned away the poorest among you.
So I guess the answer is to open the gates and feed any and everyone till we cant afford it and then we can all run the border of Canada to feed us. We continue the trend like a hive of locusts until the entire world is poor...then we have a completely socialist globe where we all suffer just as equally.
Luke 6:29 And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.
Luke 6:30 Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
And my personal favorite...
1 Timothy 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
You cant take verses for exactly what they state. You have to read the entire chapter to see how that verse fits it.
Prime example-
Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD
1 Cor 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
People utilize these two verses against folks with tats. They didnt read the whole story. Neither of these verses have anything to do with tats but if you take the verse alone then you can imagine that it does. Folks should stop utilizing Biblical verses in a twisted way to pull for their agenda.
re: Righties - if you had a choice between minimum wage and unions

Choose-
1) A Constitutional amendment protecting the right of businesses and unions to form union shop agreements (invalidating so called "right to work" laws, which are really just right to freeload laws) - AND - a Constitutional amendment abolishing minimum wage laws.
-OR-
2) Raising the minimum wage to $12/hour and indexing it to inflation, while maintaining the status quo on unions (allowing states to effectively destroy them at will).
I would personally choose 1. With strong unions minimum wages laws aren't really needed.
I would choose neither. I like the whole free market idea and would prefer to set my own wages (if I owned a business) instead of being ordered what to pay my own employees. Ill pay more if I can afford and/or want better quality employees.

So Boosie, as a liberal, what do you think should be done with the border and these children who randomly decided to cross the border all by themselves? I know they the must be quite intelligent to be so young yet had so many deep thoughts about their futures and needing to come to America for a better life...
