if you want to cite that Morning Consult poll thats fine, thats reasonable, but my point was that no matter what poll you check none of them approve of getting Barrett in now. The MC poll is higher than most and thats fine, all credit to you for finding it, but its still underwater.
far as the Fox poll I have no idea what theyre trying to pull with that, its Fox comparing judges with public confirmation hearings vs someone no one has seen, I promise you once people see that she'll kill Roe the first chance she gets those numbers will plummet.

Additionally, the undecideds broke for Trump.
In 2020 that 15 is down to 5. Theres nowhere for trump to pull new votes, hell have to flip decided voters which is infinitely harder, especially when the candidates are such polar opposites.

The GOP very clearly has disasterous internal numbers, thats why theyre forcing Barrett in this week. POTUS has the same power to nominate a judge on Nov 4 that he does on Nov 2, and the Senate has the same power to approve it, but they know trumps gonna lose and theyll never have the votes to do it after the election.
Forcing a judge in now is overwhelmingly unpopular, but they have to do it now because it only gets worse from here, they only have 3 weeks left.
