I just got a message from an old college buddy calling y'all "Lose-iana State." (He's reading this thread.)
I wrote back and said that maybe *we* should be called Pollyanna State, seeing as though everyone acts like we're already notional champions!...

I'm on-record as loving Ohio State, but I don't love their fans so much.

Disclaimer: I'm a Buckeye Nut, but I'm respectful of the opposition.
Too many OSU fans right now are smirking and making fun of LSU, calling you "one-hit wonders," etc.
Let it be known that at least one of us has complete respect for the season you put together last year!...

Brooks Robinson is certainly not the most historically underrated player in any sport - I'm not sure why this question was asked: It's 2020, and many people feel that Robinson remains the greatest 3rd baseman of all-time.
