@OP, you are incorrect on a couple of points:
1. “Swiss Army Brand” was what Victorinox used for branding of watches in the USA (technically a US company, but marketing only) starting in 1989.
2. Swiss Army Brand watches were made in Switzerland, not the US, by Victorinox.
3. Wenger never bought Swiss Army Brand, as it was Victorinox affiliated, but Victorinox did buy Wenger in 2005, combining the two separate companies that were licensed to make “Swiss Army” knives.
