re: "Tennis" elbow experience?...

Posted by SB409 on 1/13/26 at 11:02 am to
I’ve dealt with tennis elbow on and off for the last couple of years. It’s chronic over use, not an acute injury. Steroids won’t fix it. Dry needling helps tremendously and combined with the theraband flexbar I finally got rid of it. It had gotten so bad I couldn’t pick up my coffee cup out of the cup holder in my truck and considering surgery. About two weeks of needling and the flexbar exercise and it was like I never had it.

And his nasty curly pubes stuck to it.
Bingo! No sense in becoming a lawn dart when you can wait.
Uhhh, not correct. I know plenty of pilots that fly these types of jets and they definitely flight plan around this type of weather.

It really does work. I bought the Amazon version last year and saw immediate results.
I would kill to have Palmetto back open. Great course and 2 minutes from my house. Sad because there are so many people out here that would be members if it was still open.

Smash burger from seventh tap in bossier’s east bank is unreal.
Huntington…played last weekend and greens are in great shape. I’m a member at Northwood and Poa annua is bad. It’s starting to die but it’s going to take a couple more weeks.
Dry needling helps tremendously. I was ready to have surgery a couple years ago and an OT recommended this. Took a couple treatments from local pt but he got it back to normal. I’m back dealing with it again because I let it go to long but about 90% better after a couple treatments again.
Mallard reaction is correct. Sugar from the onions typically turn it several shades darker. I typically add the celery and bell pepper too but I pre-season which adds some salt and in turn pulls a lot of water out of the vegetables. To much water from the celery and bell can inhibit the darkening.

Been demoing an Edel f1 for a couple weeks. Got a chance to putt with my buddies df3 and I have to say there is no comparison. The lab is hands down better for me. Feel, ball speed control an accuracy were better for me across the board. The Edel has a weird ping sound and distance control is all over the place. I’m going to try a couple other putters but the lab is def at the top of the list.
