Question on Waiting list for Season Tickets

Can someone pay and get on this list at anytime throughout the year or only at certian times?
Yeah, I know the list is like a bazillion people long but I figured I have no chance at season tickets if I don't get on the list.

You've got 50 yrd line seats for what is arguably the hottest 2009 ticket in the SEC and possibly the country!!! And I can't think of anyone better to have those seats than a member of our military. :usa: Have fun.
BTW, they'll be people lined up outside of TS for that game willing to pay 5X face value to sit on the toilets!!

Come on fellas... does is REALLY matter what they call themselves?!?! Shouldn't we be more concerned that we SHOULD be going into our 3rd straight blowout game but actually consider outselves lucky to be 2-0??
The Cajuns (I assume we can all agree on THAT name?!) are simply the next opportunity for the 2009 Tigers to live up to the off-sesason hype of both the fans and the media.

Sorry guys, but I'm just crawling out from under my rock... Are these chairbacks sold at the game or something we go through the season ticket office for?
If I understand what you are describing, the south endzone is now scattered with chairbacks only in areas where ticket holders have purchased them?
