I work for a non-union port operator that has facilities across the Gulf Coast in Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Finding decent labor has been very hard to come by. We can barely run 1 day shift working multiple hatches per ship at 5 berth facilities much less 3 shifts. It’s shite work for shite pa...
