Can it be any parish or it has to be a JOP that is in your parish?
Registering a old flat boat.

Long story short, a friend gave me his grandpa's late 1970’s 12’ Quachita flat boat. The boat is old and doesn’t have a HIN or serial number. Is it even possible to get it registered with a notarized BOS or the affidavit from a justice of the peace stating ownership? Wondering whether I should just scrap it.
