If cell service is questionable in spots I’d do the DC-2. Another feature I like on the DC-2 is the storage capability on the camera without a SD card. I still use a SD card in mine though just for more space.

I am slowly switching all of mine to WiseEye. Picture quality is better than anything else I have.
Customer service is outstanding. I submitted a question at 9AM on a Sunday morning expecting a response Monday. Within 15 minutes someone reached out to help me. Then someone else followed up with me a few hours later.
