Nola Agent

I forgot my password so I hit the "forgot my password" button followed the instructions of the email that was sent to me. When I signed in with the automated password it directed me to create a new password which is fine. However after typing in my new password in both sections and I hit "Submit", it pops up in red text saying that not all boxes are filled in and won't complete the action. The issue is there's no other boxes to fill anything else in on the entire page so how can I get the password reset? The user name is Nola3265
I just created this current account I'm posting from just to try and get help with my old account. So once I can get into my old account, this new one can be deleted.
