It’s one thing when these students are 16-17 years old. Hell, lots of 16-17 year olds, boys and girls, have adult bodies and look much older. Of course it’s still illegal depending on the state they are in and the legal age of consent.

But when you get to middle school, I mean Jesus, what could this woman have possibly been attracted to in a 13-14 year old boy? I mean, can a woman actually think a 13-14 year old boy is attractive? It’s one thing to say something like “yeah he/she is a cute kid” and not think anything of it.....but to actually want and desire to hook up with a 13-14 year old boy and not be able to control herself, she has major issues.

We are trying to protect our students who feel betrayed by a teacher they loved and admired. My faculty members also feel betrayed and disappointed in a co-worker who has worked with us for over 10 years. I have experienced nothing but professionalism and support from our police department during this horrendous ordeal. How sad that a child has possibly lost their innocence at the hands of a teacher we all trusted and your only concern is a webmaster's hashtag? Shame on you. Your constituents deserve better. Police still haven't shared official details about the investigation, and no charges have been filed as of Wednesday afternoon.

Searched and found nothing. The article has no details whatsoever. Zachary School Board doing work to cover this up. :lol:

In a situation like this, even if the story is FALSE, I don’t know if the teacher should even want to return to the same school. They will never be looked at the same. Everyone will always think “he did it”, regardless of what the media and police say.

Maybe from DTHS, but admin and APSB is scrambling to sweep this under the rug so he can at least transfer to another high school, or even back home and still teach. He is VERY well liked and involved in lots of clubs and organizations and has achieved lots of accolades.

Not much to tell yet, plus DTHS and APSB will do everything in their power to sweep this under the rug and attempt to not let the news media get a hold of his name and release it.

I know of one male teacher who transferred from DTHS to another high school in the BR suburbs a couple years ago because of some allegations that came up. It was all swept under the rug and never made the news. Good ol APSB

Word around the campus is it is a male student.

If this turns out to be true, it will shock a lot of people around the DTHS and ascension parish area. No one would have ever expected this from this person.
