I work in a local hospital that has had to shut down all non emergent/Covid activity due to the viral resurgence.

I don’t blame JBE. we are watching people waste away in the ICU. Opening wide open in the face of our current situation is irresponsible.

Specificity vs sensitivity. PCR doesn’t let cases slip through the cracks. Rapid test with have false negatives.

I have a life, a good job, and a family that I love. The kids are away, and I have tomorrow off. I figured I would grab a glass of scotch and see what this crazy year has brought out on the old SEC rant. Apparently, it’s batshit crazy, internet detritus.

I usually lurk, but every once in a while a post so fricking stupid tops the charts that it can’t go without criticism. Anyone with the time and apparent lack of self respect to craft this steaming pile of mental pig slop, must be hitting some pretty dark times. Someone with what over 2500 posts on here, writing fan fiction? I figured you could use an intervention and someone should point out that you are obviously crying for help.

Get a job, sleep with whatever gender/species floats your boat, and please look at the abortion you just put out into the world and take pity on everyone who must have to cross your path on a given day. They are such poor souls.
