We ate at Parrians, The Chimes, The Bulldog, Walkons. We pregamed at Walkons before both games, walked through some tailgate lots and saw Mike. We went to Southern Craft brewery. Didn't have a bad meal by any means, but The Chimes was my favorite.

I just want to say thank you for the recommendations and the hospitality this past weekend. We ate some great food, met some very nice people and had an awesome time.

We are a pretty talented team that underachieved all year. Baseball is funny game though and I think most Nole fans are hoping we have picked the right time to get hot. We certainly were this past weekend, but we were also no hit by one of Stetson's midweek guys three weeks ago. If our starters are good that's good for us. Our BP is questionable if we need a lot of innings from them.

Honestly, if we were playing somewhere else this weekend I might not go, but there is no way I'm missing a trip to LSU with what's at stake this weekend. I'm not really concerned with nightlife, but will drink a beer and can't wait to enjoy some good cajun food. What's a good place to hangout and watch other games of the day while waiting on ours? I expect us to be a night game.
I would expect nothing less. That’s what I was looking for. Very interested in the tailgating and the atmosphere. Win or lose I’ll have a good time I’m sure.

Alright fellas looks like we are traveling to see you this weekend and I am pumped for the trip. I have always appreciated your fans and your program and look forward to a great weekend and baseball series. Any tips for the trip?
