Based on the words of someone who spends time outdoors actually using outdoor gear and not inside online
Ya! Prob the only good comment on this crazy site
Wow you need a hobbie! Get outside some!!!
When people are spending money on certain companies they should be informed of potential problems
Not an oopsie. The pocket and the under arm seem just fell apart. I did nothing. I actually can’t stand when people refuse to take their own responsibility for breaking or tearing an item. This is an issue of poor quality material and glue
Whatever it takes to get the company to
Do the right thing. I’m just blown away how many jackholes there are out there with nothing better to do than post thousands of posts on these sites. Makes me sad
I never eat at McDonald’s I’m
An elite athlete and I was wearing the jacket to hike in the snowy mountains. Weird of you to assume
Patagonia is supposed to have the best warranty. Wish I knew that at the time
Of purchase
I bet your MH was before hey merged with Columbia. I used to love MH for their quality. Both my parents had the same jacket as me with the same issues and they had to fight but eventually got replacements
I assume everyone with their fat jokes are super ripped and lean. I am an elite athlete and the small jacket is actually big for me. The glue they use has a very short lifespan
I do not work in sales I work in public safety. I don’t care about TNF just appreciated that they were true to their promise.
Joke will be on you then
Sales rep for a short time. I honestly always thought mountain Hardwear was better quality so I invested a lot into a jacket I thought would last. But I saw how TNF honored their lifetime warranty. Just frustrating that companies promise false warranty, take your money then deny you a claim
I’m an elite athlete, the pocket arms and lining seems just disintegrated but how horrible of you to say such a thing
Nope I live in Florida barely use the jacket just trusted it for a snowy visit to
Colorado
I paid over $400 for a mountain Hardwear Gore Tex jacket and when I wore I recently every seam detached. I sent it in and they said that the 10 years I owned the jacket exceeds the “relative lifetime” of the jacket. The reason I paid over $400 is knowing it will let me. I used to work for The North Face and they would warranty their items for a true lifetime of the product. Do NOT purchase items from Columbia or Mountain Hardwear
