Ooh, I hope you didn't lay too much down. I'm thinking that's a losing proposition. I think the Terps win outright - too poised (remember, they only had 5 TOs vs. a disciplined Belmont club), too smart, and definitely too focused, as they're playing all out for Turgeon, who seemingly half the fan base wants fired.

I'm guessing LSU hangs around due to their sheer athleticism, but the Terps' youthful savvy and aforementioned poise withstands that and they move on (more like go back) to DC.
I don't think the NCAA's desires, whatever they may be and however valid they are, will be relevant in this game. I'm betting the Terps win on merit alone. I predicted LSU would play distracted for however long they were in this tournament, and it sure showed late yesterday vs. Yale. Against a smart, poised team like the Terps, I imagine that'll be exploited even more so.
