Soft?

Sounds like you’re the soft one if you don’t have the balls to stand up for your family.

To what end?

You are assuming I’m trying to recover money from this (likely) broke arse dick. No expectations in that regard whatsoever. Just trying to inflict a little pain on the a-hole. You ever had to deal with a wage garnishment? Tried to get credit with an outstanding judgement against you? shite like this can frick up a lot of everyday life activities.

Since I wasn’t there to retaliate on the spot, this is the best I can do. But by God, I’d do what I can. Don’t frick with mine if they didn’t have it coming.

No he’s not. No lawyer would take that case. What are you going to recover from a loser like that. He’s probably already in bankruptcy.

All I know is that if some drunk 52 yo a-hole sucker punched my 18-20 yo kid (who was NOT the kid that threw the beer) I’d pay the lawyer hourly to frick this guy over!
Makes me so sad! Loved Norm, but he just couldn’t get it done in the Tourney.

I wish Gates was the guy and he is legitimately a good recruiter, but I just can’t get past the feeling if he had his pick of the 10 best players on UConn and Michigan this year he’d still not have cleared the Sweet 16.

In my lifetime, the Cubs beat their curse, the R Sox beat their curse (of course against my team), the Blues finally won the cup

When the frick is it OUR turn???

It’s a design element of a north end improvement that adds plenty of suites. That’s where the true revenue is. All the existing suites are sold. It replaces a general admission hill.

Sounds a bit like trolling. Go play in the other forum. Plenty of MU dis threads for you over there.
Thanks for posting the link. Having trouble with X.

The 40% returning D concerns me for MU as we had a decent Defense last year. I really have no way to form an opinion on the Offense side, as we had a bad OC and a worse HC when it came to managing the Offense.

2026 is a new year and feels like we’re starting over with a new QB and a new OC. Whether they can move the needle…not a clue! Got a very good RB coming back in Hardy, and some decent receivers, but I ain’t on my phone placing (recently legal in MO) bets on the 2026 season!
Got a call from a former colleague last week to see if I wanted to join him in the firm’s box for Friday night’s second session. Of course I said, having no indication I’d be seeing MU. Just fun to go to the tourney.

Then Mizzou gets STL AND gets the second game. Every now and then things work out!

Mizzou now has 2 clipboard holders with rings...Chase & Drew.

ETA…Three, backup Blaine Gabbert got one as well.

Barely any SEC involvement. Dominated by BIG

Nothing presented in your link refutes the dominance of regular season SEC games over regular season B10 games.

Of the top 10 viewership games you cite:

6 were CFP games
2 were conference championship games - one B10 and one SEC

Only 2 were Regular Season conference games (the point of the article):
Ohio State v. Alabama (split)
Ohio State v. Michigan (you get this one)

who else should return to their geographical and/or cultural conference fit?

This shite's so tired!

Post less.

Sankey overplayed his hand in a weakening SEC.

Well, it certainly ain't weakening in terms of viewership of regular season conference games:

SEC kicking B10 arse in Viewership

Article from WSJ is via a paid subscription so not sure you can access. If not, here are a few salient quotes:

Two years ago, SEC and Big Ten football games drew similar television audiences. This season, however, the second campaign since each league expanded, the SEC’s average audience has surged by 49% while the Big Ten’s has dropped 11%, according to Nielsen. The average regular-season SEC football game now draws 2 million more viewers than the average Big Ten game.

Currently, the Big Ten has the more lucrative TV package, which has helped fund its on-field success in the player-pay era. The Big Ten distributed roughly $62 million to each school as of 2023-24, compared with about $52 million in the SEC.

Great negotiating there Sankey!

...and then this just for belly laughs...

The Big Ten rejected the notion that TV ratings were a sign that the SEC has gained an edge.

“To simply measure the success of our conference’s expansion by television ratings is to ignore academics and research as the primary purpose of institutions of higher learning,” a Big Ten spokesperson said.

Looking back, that certainly seemed to be the end, but a more likely causal relationship is the combined records of Kim Anderson and Cuonzo Martin (105-143).
The Missouri temperature listed looks correct, but I’m getting different snow accumulation predictions on different weather apps. One says 1-3 which indeed would be “light” for the region, but another says 4-5 which is a bit more problematic. On top of that, the Sunday forecast says 7-8”…so if that hits early, who knows.

Watching, because planning on traveling from STL.

6-6

Can’t really disagree with your game by game predictions. We might take Kansas on the road, but that’s as far as I’d go. Ceiling is 7-5.

I know we have a new OC in Lindsey and perhaps an upgrade at QB with Simmons, but I think Drink will keep them locked down with his pedestrian and at times unfathomable offensive philosophy. Combine this with a loss of some key players on the other side of the ball, and it’s tough to be optimistic about 2026.
Love that graphic! Off website? Looks like a old time program cover.

It’s the men’s fashion that you are focused on in your comparison? :dunno:
Maybe someone should show Gates the Tyus Edney clip.

The “analysts” were torching MU for the lackadaisical in bounds and down court on the last play resulting in a failed desperation 3!
Bad team. Worse coach At least I won’t have to spend $$$ this year to travel to see Drake destroy us 1st round!

Every troll thread is validation of LSU’s GOAT status.

Oh wait, is this some of that whachacallit, reverse psychology stuff?

Lemme try…

Every downvote is agreement that Indiana has wrested the claimed GOAT title from LSU.
