To all the LSU players

I am a diehard Tiger and have followed LSU for 30 years. As bad as the loss was on Saturday night, I have never felt more proud to be a Tiger after the play you guys exhibted that night. The score does not reflect the stats. You guys rocked Tiger Stadium.

LSU Forever
LSU is the national champ now. WE are 13-0, West Div champ, SEC champ, and beat Bama at home in front of 100,000 people in a game of the century.

Let Bama play OSU to decide who is number 2.
LSU is the national champion right now. We are 13-0, West Div champ, SEC champ, and have already beat Bama. Game over.

Let Bama play OSU to see who is #2.

Seems WV players had a temper from the start which is a reflection of coaching.

But it was a great game and I thought you guys were the best we have played to date. You certainly deserve to be in the 10-14 ranking, not 22. Heck of a QB. We knew you were going to throw all game and you did that. And still hard to stop until the red zone.

Guys, I was there too, a freshman at LSU in 1979. Now are you ready for this. I live in Houston. Last weekend I took my wife to a very old run down antique shop. The owners are the Stantons. There is Ed Sr. Ed Jr and Trey who now plays basketball for LSU. Ed Stanton Jr was an offensive lineman, best friends with Bradley (wrote the book "It never rains in Tiger Stadium). Anyway we got to taking and he showed me the game ball from the last game in Tiger Stadium from 1979 signed by all the players including McClendon. He told me about the players carrying McClendon off the field. This old football was dirty and deflated. I plan to make an offer on it this week but I don't think he will sell it.

Merry Christmas and cheers to the the great days we shared at LSU!

L stands for Lee
L stands for loss

JJ plays we win. Ignites defense. Best defense cannot play all night and be productive if Lee plays. And that is what happens on 3 and out, over and over.

Hope strategies don't work. People say Miles is not a gambler anymore and he is conservative. I beg the differ, how much more of a gambler can you be continuing to let Lee throw the ball. Reminds me of the boats, where the guys with the cigarette just keeps pulling the lever hoping for 3 sevens. And he too loses.

Enough is enough! Break the redshirt on Garrett or let Shepard throw the ball. Yell spud.

Wake up coaching staff! Lee fault last year, this year it is your fault.

Does every remember when they building the new upper deck? Guess what was laying all over the ground? Gold. I mean concrete pieces of Tiger Stadium. The real Tiger Stadium. A friend of mine made sure I gpt some pieces and they are sitting my den. So I can say, here in Houston, that I have a piece of Tiger Stadium.

LSU should have collected every piece of concrete from the demo and had it crushed into 1" or so pieces. They could have easily sold them for $10 each. Missed opportunity. Love my pet rock.

Charles, you were not only a great running back for LSU you represented LSU in a better way. You showed class. Maintaining your composure when things did not go right. Always there to give credit to others. Focused, dependable. Keep those traits throughout your life. You have led by example and we Tiger fans thank you for it.

All the best,
Greg

Look, stats to date are very misleading for LSU. Les was under huge pressure to open up the offense and play the talent he has after the Florida game. He did that. Nobody knew who was going to get the ball next, left, right, shepard, holiday, toliver, lafell. Before we all new who was going to get the ball before it was hiked. If they keep the new offensive scheme Alabama will be a wreck.

LSU 24

RV pass question

Posted by gmathews4761 on 8/29/09 at 8:42 am
I have a 5th wheeler I use at the VET MED parking area each year. I recently bought a VET MED pass, however it states on the ticket "MOTORHOMES ONLY." Trailers and 5th wheelers are not motor homes. I thought there was only on VET MED RV pass. Any thoughts?

Thank you,
Greg
