re: Mattrell McGraw- 2014 DB

This year, a kid needs to be Superman to get a DB offer at LSU. I think he's a good player, just not this year. Last year he's a take. He may be a three year starter at an Arizona St level school, and end up second team all PAC 12 as a senior. ...
Any tape of him out there? I haven't been able to find any. ...
I'm not sure it's official, but the coaches are getting ready for the season. As important as recruiting is, winning games takes all their time right now. ...
He got passed up on the depth chart by two younger guys. Can't really blame him. ...

Imagine the return game in three years with these two. Think T Holiday, only the size of an actual football player....
I think it has more to do with defensive fatigue. None of the RB's are under 200 lbs. In the forth quarter a 240 pound guys is tough to bring down. Keep the rotation the same, have KH as the closer late....

Anyone complaining about being 10-0, #1 in the country, and controlling our own destiny needs to be locked in a room and watch the Hallman era on a loop until the puke out of their ears. These are the good 'ole days. Enjoy them....
Posted by JawjaTigah The thing for all of us to remember is that all of this is speculation driven, rumor based, and opinion material only. If anyone here really "knows" what will happen, he or she wouldn't be wasting their time with all this guesswork. We just need to wait and watch it play itself...

First, the sec doesn't want to expand where they have a current "footprint". That takes out FSU, and Clemson. Second, Oklahoma, and OK St are joined at the hip politicily. Nobody wants to go to Stillwater. Getting the sooners would be nice, the added cost of the cowboys makes them a bad decision. ...
Other way around. They stopped calling him, and didn't sent a LOI. ...
Looking at a kids offer sheet will do you way better than just looking at stars. This is a much better indication of how other programs feel about him. ...

I'd say Faulk. You can't expect a true freshmen to come in and contribute no matter how highly ranked. If they do it's gravy, but you can't depend on it....
I've been saying for a decade that we are in the middle of " the good 'ole days". Sit back and enjoy....
Being that he is at Karr, I believe Frank Wilson will be recruiting him. Go ahead and pencil that kid into the 2012 class. The day FW can't pull a kid from New Orleans is a day I don't want to see....

I saw Jerimiah Misoli (sp). Great player, I'm excited to see him play at the next level....
If he's owed less than half a million it shouldn't be too hard to buy him out. The easiest way is to tell his agent to start looking around. I'm pretty sure firing him not would hurt bowl prep. After the season, is a different story....

I really think Miles took over play calling in the second half. The I formation, between the tackles looked a whole lot like old school big ten football. I dont have a problem playing ball control, hard core "D".As long as it brings a win....
