ER won’t do anything about a detached retina. Save your money and see your retina specialist immediately on next business day. If they are reputable, you tell them that you are having flashes and floaters and it automatically gets you an appointment. Try to take it easy the rest of the day. No heavy lifting or strenuous activities.
