Cell service on gameday

Does anyone know if the university has done anything to address the poor cell service on campus during gamedays? I recently cancelled DirecTV and would like to use a hotspot with Chromecast to stream games in the 412 lot. I'm thinking being on the fringe of the masses might allow a decent stream quality.... Thoughts??

Lot 412 tailgating

Has anybody had success streaming the game via iPhone in lot 412 RV parking lot? Is it far enough away from the masses to allow for a reliable connection?
