I live in a super liberal Nola neighborhood full of transplant Yankees and I dress/behave like trailer park trash (I have a spotless well maintained house and yard tho unlike big lee.) I’m pretty sure I have my own thread on nextdoor dot com. I don’t give a shite tho. I’ll keep rocking the camo clothing and blasting the David Allen Coe. They don’t frick with my shite. That’s a plus.

The funny thing is that I live in the heart of a city more dangerous than Chicago. New Orleans on paper is way more “dangerous” than Chicago per capita. The thing is, in New Orleans (and probably Chicago,) you don’t get shot unless you deserve it. Unless you are a random victim of robbery violence, most these targets had it coming to them. I’m just speaking out of experience. I’ve lived in New Orleans for three decades, no one has tried to kill me yet. I’d sleep so nicely if I lived I JP. Out there your only worries are the big lee types.

Basically when it comes to government money, everyone abuses that system. After Katrina, every cocksucker and his mother had a “home elevation” business. Why? Cuz the money wuz free.
