The class is very difficult.
He picks latest topic, like event in last week. This is good you learn about new event, but bad because you were not able to find lot of material.

Exam is impossible to pass with A. We have only 6-10 in entire batch got A. Around 30% were in C and couple of D/F which Khan explained as they missed assignment.

Exam are not book, chapter, PPT or like. They are made on fly with the learning of the course. So no matter you mug/read the content, you need to understand to pass.

I won't take him next time.

yes. Closed book. 35 minutes.
Last week, yes, but open book. print media only. 1 hr. But believe me open book has no meaning. Read it, mug up, scroll or search. no matter how many printout you keep, none of them will work.

you have to learn concept.

40-60 page or reading per week.
1 hr of zoom meeting. open forum.
1 exam each week, 25 Q, 35 minutes. (time is no issue here)
1 Assignment each week. 3-5 page of writing.

Exam are very tough. No open book. Do direct sentence like President of USA is _____. They are based on trick, learning. Can easily go wrong.

He is easy grader.

Thanks, believe me I did before asking this question. I got multiple reply.... and all are contradictory.

Let me give an example:
brentb71: With Williams(MADM) & James(MKT) as instructors, both are proctored weekly non open book/notes tests. Both have weekly writing assignments. MKT 701 also has 1 or 2 other weekly assignments, some of those being group projects. Material is easy but time demanding.

GSMBA16: They are both open book and open notes. No proctoring. You have to be on your "A" game to complete the test in the timed environment. I didn't take a lunch for 14 weeks straight when I took those courses. I also spent about 2 hours a night getting prepped for the exams. I learned a heck of a lot in the classes. I have actually implemented many of the option strategies we covered in my everyday trading life and have seen a significant amount of gains in my portfolios!

MADM 701 or MKT 701. Which one is easy, openbook.

I know both require lot of reading and exams. But I still want to compare them.

Finished Final ACCT 701. It was tough with no relation with Practice test (except 3 questions). Prepare all excel beforehand and don't waste more then 4 min on any question. Some Q took more then 15 mins, its not worth spending time on those.
