Roughly how many people

We're just now starting to map things out so firm numbers are a bit vague. It's also one of those thing where folks will be coming and going, and I'm sure people will bring other things to eat as well.

I'd say something around 50 people? I have no idea if that's reasonable or not.

Hannah Q BBQ jambalaya is amazing. Probably the best I've had.

Holy hell I just checked their website, and wow this place looks incredible. I'm a bit apprehensive about BBQ jambalaya, though. It's not overly sweet is it, still has some heat?
Hi all. Been a long-time lurker on this site and never posted, but I need some help.

My mom is turning 60 this year, and we're looking to throw a tailgate birthday party for her at the UGA game. It's a bit of a "returning to our roots" sort of thing as we grew up in Louisiana, but all of us have moved there ever since (insert generic BR dig here). She's still a Louisiana gal at heart, though, and a huge LSU fan so we thought getting everyone back together for a game would be a fun scene.

We're all flying in from around the country so we don't have time to get equipment and ingredients and everything together to do any cooking so we're looking to have it catered. Anyone have recommendations for the best jambalaya catering service for a tailgate? There's gonna be alot of folks so we'll need quite a bit. Really appreciate the help!
