Yes - gives it a very good flavor and makes it easier to get to a dark roux without smoking/burning. Just be sure to scoop out the fat that rises to the top later on after simmering the gumbo.

He has two weeks to recover and improve. And moving on implies there’s a better option. What would that be?

La Bouche Creole recipe is the goat if you can find it
Great, thanks buddy. So what is the answer then? Lean on our injured QB more? Switch to a backup QB who completed 54.7% of his passes at Miss. State last year?

And I would add - just because he isn't 100% doesn't mean Van Buren is a better option. We can win games with Nussmeier as is - we just need to commit to the run game and more variety offensively given his limitations.

Thank you for posting this. Anyone who thinks Nussmeier isn't a capable quarterback with a strong arm hasn't been paying close enough attention the last few years.

Does he always make the best decisions? No

Is something clearly wrong with him health-wise this year? Obviously, yes

For those who are in the industry - what is the argument for buying Venture vs. Cheniere?

Old Fashioned vs. Manhattan

Posted by VMO7 on 9/13/24 at 9:34 am
"Both cocktails call for whisky and Angostura bitters, but the defining factor lies in their sweetening agents. The Old Fashioned opts for straightforward sugar or syrup, helping to soften the whisky. In contrast the Manhattan favours a sweet vermouth – adding fruity and caramel flavours into the mix."

Which does the Food and Drink Board prefer and why?
