After reading this I asked some parents who have students at BRIS. The story shared at the parent support meeting was the child was taken while on the playground during aftercare. The teachers thought nothing of it because the child hugged the Uncle back. Then when the Mom came to pick up her kid, he was gone. And the school said their security cameras could not pull up the video.
