Thank you everyone for your replies.

I figured a 30# sack wouldn't fit in a 32 quart pot. I'm planning on doing three boils with vegetables. It may take four but that's okay.

Spice ratio and boil times are key points.
I'll have to adjust the spice ratio on the fly.
I'm hoping boil times will remain the same. That seems to be the consensus.

Boil Crawfish using a Turkey Fryer Setup?

I have the following...
Bayou Classic High Heat Stainless Steel Turkey Fryer Kit
LINK

Is it possible to boil crawfish using the above Bayou Classic kit?

If yes, is there anything I should know? (ex: longer boil time need?)

I would like to boil a 30# sack for my wife and another couple from out of town. I simply want to make sure I can boil with out any problems or see if there is more to this then what I am thinking. Within the link they say...

It’s the perfect size to fry a perfect turkey or boil the perfect pot of crawfish.

Their words not mine. The pot is obviously small. Besides the pot, I have some suspicions that there just might be something i'm missing in all this.

Thank you in advance for all your knowledge and wisdom. It is truly appreciated.
