re: Pit bulls bite woman, kill Chihuahua in Monroe neighborhood
Posted by Lwood95 on 2/14/18 at 4:59 pm to DavidTheGnome
I am the person that was attacked in Monroe on Monday. I’m a 22 year old college student. I want to clarify that it wasn’t just “a bite”. I have two spiral fractures and six deep puncture wounds in my hand and my chest is black and blue with another puncture wound when they were going for my throat. I was opening my door when they came into my home. I think my dog and i saved each other. I have had one surgery and I am scheduled for another on Friday. These dogs were out to kill. I am a huge animal lover but I have come to believe that the reward of having a pit bull cannot out weigh the risk. A child would have never walked away from what I went through.
