Nice ! Ok, I don't know the typical etiquette of a board like this, but I was hoping for another edit...
Change the fleur de lis to white with a black outline, change the middle section of the flag to gold (same shade you have at the bottom), and make the bottom section purple (also make the purple a little darker - more like the tigerdroppings purple).
That would be the tits.

Is there any way you can make the fleur de lis all one color (Purple) and make the top of the flag green ?
I also like it without the beads and the 300 years colored in. You can leave the "New Orleans" at the bottom off.

Hey Guys, I'm new to TD -- I asked my buddy for help with this and he happily directed me to the Fark Board.
I'm looking to make this image Mardi Gras themed. I think just updating the flag on the left to be Purple Green and Gold would do the trick. If you could change the fleur de lis white (with black outline?), put purple at the top, gold in the middle and green at the bottom. Leave the nola flag Red white and blue?
Or just update it all to a Mardi Gras look, that'd be awesome.
