my point is, it's easy to be relatively anonymous with crypto currency once you have them but extremely tough, if not impossible, to anonymously to turn a significant amount of USD into crypto.

How're you gonna get $25MM USD into the crypto markets to start with? Coinbase maxes you out at $15k/wk. That's 32 years of weekly, max deposits. You'd get popped quick as your ACH account funding crypto would be monitored by AML/KYC laws.
