Exactly. He didn't install his own offense. In fact, we haven't seen an Ensminger offense in 20 years. I'm not happy about the hire and think we should go for someone who is younger and a much more hot shot hire, but if Ensminger is the route we are going, then people need to give him a chance, not just shite on him before you have even seen his offense. Ensminger is a great recruiter and he is smart, and he was a QB in his football career. Sullivan is a legendary WR coach. He will be a great WR coach and WR was half of the problem with our offense this season. Just give Ensminger and Sullivan a chance. I hope we hire someone else, but if we don't give them a chance.
