Agree. Be prepared for volatility as traders come in and take profits. If you're long it shouldn't matter. The thesis has only gotten better.

Uranium is still one of the best bets in the market in my opinion at this time. It's not if. It's when. It's smart to have a diverse portfolio of producers, developers, and explorers depending on your risk appetite.
I've made a few adjustments to my portfolio over the past year. Standard Uranium has been a bust, but that's the game you play when you buy into explorers. I got out of that one. Luckily ended up in the green before it really tanked.
A few i'm interested in and have started positions in over the past 6 months are Myriad Uranium and Strathmore. Not sure if I've mentioned Labrador, but that's another one I got into via Encore and have added to it since.

Agree. I like Standard Uranium and their team. The management team is experienced and seems to say all of the right things, but they're an explorer. If they hit then they have massive upside. If they don't then they still may see some gains due to the overall market sentiment, but there's more sure bets out there.
It depends on your risk appetite. I have about 40K shares. Been holding since last year. I was disappointed in their last drill reports, but I knew what I was getting into and have done well on all other uranium investments so i'm willing to stick it out for awhile to see what happens.

Thanks for sharing molsusports. That's a great read.
Sprott added another $2.2B in uranium power=half of global supply yesterday. Nothing, but good news as of late.

This is simply not 100% true and I would say your comment is what's wrong with America right now. Looking for someone to blame for the problem instead of looking in the mirror. What have you done to help fix any of the issues you've described? Posting on TD doesn't count. What you've done sounds like a whiny bitch. You actually sound like the people you're explaining. I wouldn't surround myself with this type of baby back bullshite.
I guess I'm considered a young millennial. What you have described doesn't meet the description of any of the people I know that are millennials. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but the vast majority are hard working individuals. I think social media, politicians, and media would like you to believe what you are describing, but I think it's the minority not the majority.
I think you need to get out and talk with people. There's a lot of good people out there. Don't believe everything you read or hear. Be a leader in your community, family, and workplace. That's where change starts. Not here. :usa:

I agree with everything said above. We're in the best season for the uranium space. I don't expect for it to move sideways for very long. I think sprott came out a little too fast in September. Now alot of traders who need cash are selling and pushing it down. Some producers probably sold in the spot market for cash too with the price up.
Just a hunch, but there might be a few hedge funds who don't know shite about the uranium space buying at peaks and now getting hit with losses. They could deploy more cash soon.
The thesis has only gotten better. We've got 1-2 years of this. The uranium space is really boring until it's not.

Most people won't take the time to understand the Uranium thesis or build conviction. If you're following reddit news then uranium investments will take your money. It's volatile and your butthole will pucker on the first red day.
Go back and look how uranium has performed since early 2020. It has been one of the best performing sectors and we're just getting started. The thesis has yet to play out and we have what looks like an imminent energy shortage coming in the world. Uranium investments are one of the best opportunities in the market. Maybe the best....
Good luck!

It'll likely be a blood bath this week. Hold onto your balls. This Evergrande mess is going to drag the whole market down this week until the CCP bails them out. Freak China.
That's awesome! Nice portfolio. Both UUUU and GLATF are two of my favorites. They'll both get into production this cycle. Goviex is another that could get into production. It's not as close as others, but it's location in Africa makes it possible due to less restrictions.
I think Standard Uranium will release results in the next week. I sent them an email a couple of weeks ago asking them about the report and they said it would be out in a couple of weeks. Any day now!
I'm extremely bullish if they hit and have a high grade discovery with the sentiment right now.
Glad you made some profits! :usa:

If you're new and want some exposure pick up URNM or URA shares. That's the safest way to gain exposure.
This market can be volatile so I would do research to gain some conviction around the thesis.
I don't know if I'd recommend buying right now either. We've had one hell of a run the past 3 weeks. Personally, I'd wait for the next pullback, but I could be wrong. It might run until the new year lol. I think we're a little frothy and a lot of short positions have jumped on board recently. One down day could trigger a short-term sell off and in the uranium market that might mean 10%-20% in one day!

My opinion and I've spoken with people who know more about the industry than I do is that this bull run will go on for the next 1-2 years. I've heard the 4-5 years, but Uranium companies can't just turn on mines at the flick of a switch. They need contracts right now to fulfill contracts 4-5 years out.
The supply deficit is right here right now. Utilities don't know it yet, but I'm not trimming a thing until we see contracts start flowing. I think this will happen in the next 12 months.
Uranium companies that can go into production during this cycle will probably give you the best returns. Don't count out juniors tho. This industry has had minimal investments over the past 10 years. There's not enough supply to meet demand. Juniors are needed too. Find some good ones to put in your portfolio for the most upside.

Thanks for the share! Exciting times are ahead of us in the uranium space. It will definitely get interesting.
A month ago I would have said that's extremely bullish, but maybe I wasn't bullish enough. I was thinking $40-$50 spot price by end of year. We almost for sure surpass $50 by end of year (maybe by end of week lol). I'm thinking $70$75 is likely now. The capital flows and volumes lately have been insane. I'm figuring this out as we go and will share any information I come across. We have a long runway.

It's globalism. The great reset or whatever you want to call it. Look at the democracies around the world. They're under attack. The Government is not just taking our freedoms. They're attacking our culture. Americans value individualism and our pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. That is apart of our culture. We are free thinking people and that is dangerous to the globalist agenda. They're changing education curriculums for kids and young adults. Trump started a nationalist movement and I believe it scared the shite out of them. The elites, media, and so on have went to war to push our culture towards collectivism. They want this to be a top down culture. They want us all to think a like. Why do you think they attack you if you don't take the vaccine or wear a mask? It's not because they care. Look at the capital flows since our shutdown. There's more of a wealth gap between individuals than there has ever been. Corporations are stronger and bigger than they have ever been. The middle class and small business are the ones who struggled. Is this all a coincidence?
That's exactly what they want. Show up! Get drunk! Get loud! Make it known that we ain't going no where. It's a little win, but I look forward to being back in Tiger stadium. Stop being a bunch of frickin quitters!

I still like Standard. I hold a large position with them, but it's one of the riskiest uranium plays since they are still an explorer. Mining is a tough business so the risk is that they don't hit anything for 2-3 years or nothing at all.
I really like the team though. They're experienced in that region and their head geologist was apart of the Nexgen and Fission team when they both hit. Both of those sites are next door neighbors to Standard so they know the rock formations to look for. There will be a few uranium companies that are 10 baggers or more. I think if Standard hits then they are one of those that has the potential to be a 10 bagger or more. Especially with the current hype building.
They just finished up there summer drill program. Standard increased it from 2k Meters to 10K meters. Look for that report to come out in the next couple of weeks. If they hit. Goodbye!

Thanks for sharing. I like the comparison.
Something else to think about. Sprott is listed on the Canadian stock exchange right now. Last I heard they were aiming to be listed on the NYSE beginning of 2022. That will only increase capital flows and the squeeze.
Buy and hold. Realize that this is a very volatile market. We can see 20% up and down days. Conviction is key.

We're having some fun! It pays to be early! Hold on boys. This is just getting started. From what I've heard... Sprott is operating exactly how they've been advised by some experts in the industry to drive the spot market up. They're buying and requiring delivery in 30 days. That's it. What we're finding is that there's much less material available in the spot market than what has been reported. That's the reason spot is moving faster than what even I originally thought with sprott entering the market.
Either way. Prices must go to $65+. The longer it takes the harder the uranium bull market will run. It doesn't really frickin matter. This bull market is happening. How hard it runs is yet to be determined.

Life is too short. Don't be a douchebag, but be confident and make your move.
Say hello. Introduce yourself. Make small talk. Where are you from? How long have you been here? Simple small talk. Then tell her y'all should grab a drink sometime. Get the number and hangout. If there's mutual interest she won't show you yet. You'll get it over drinks. If you have too many drinks on the first night and you take her to pound town then she's not the one for mom.

A better question would be... Why were we allowing the Taliban to control the checkpoints and putting American lifes in their hands? Have we forgotten? fricking joke.
