Which QB to Start??

I have Rivers and Dak. I can pick up Baker also. I know Rivers has been solid, but that match up stinks. Can I trust Dak? Is Baker the play? Thanks.

Info On RV Lot 412

I picked up an RV Pass in Lot 412 this week and this is the first time I've ever used an RV to tailgate. Can anyone give me an idea of the particulars of this lot? What time does it open? What time should I get there? Just some general info on it would be nice. Thanks. :geauxtigers:

Complexes are essentially where you pick the bar up and do continuous reps of different exercises.

For example, here is one:

Barbell Upright Row x 6
Barbell High Pull Snatch x 6
Barbell Behind the Head Squat Push Press x 6
Barbell Behind the Head Good Morning x 6
Barbell Bent Over Row x 6

You don't rest until you've done all 30 reps. Its obviously more aerobic and less heavy weight training, but im just looking to add something new.

Javorek Complexes

I started doing some weight training about 8 months ago after probably 10+ years out of the gym. I've been doing some very basic things in regards to lifting and would like to incorporate more exercises into my routine I reached out to a friend who is a trainer. He suggested I add Complexes into my routine. I've been doing my research on them, but I am wondering what are everyone's thoughts on them and how should one incorporate them into a routine. Should I just replace my all of my current shoulder exercises into one day of Complexes? Just looking for a little bit of input.

re: Hardest Survivor Week?

Posted this on the MSB, but Pitt is a totally different team at home. Will think hard about them.
I've got to make two picks this week. Thinking Philly, Baltimore and Pittsburgh as the three ill pick from. Pittsburgh is a totally different team at home. I hate that Baltimore is on the road, but against EJ Manual is intriguing. And the Cards arent very good.
Bottom line, this isn't correct because LSU is about money and Football is the only sport that brings in that much money. Sure, a good basketball team supports itself, but Football literally supports every other sport and it gives money to the academic side.
It appears as though it happened around 6pm Saturday and it makes me sad.
I need 39 points from Tyreek Hill tonight in a PPR. :dope:
Need some help.

Pick 2 in a PPR. Baldwin, Hogan, Demarco, Garcon

I could beat up at least one pro golfer. Maybe even a tennis player.
