He went to the wrong side first. In Italy, you double kiss and start on the left cheek, then kiss the right cheek—which means you’re head goes to the right then the left. Biden went left trying to honor their greeting, but failing to do so.

I don’t think he was trying to hook up, just being an old man not remembering the protocol.

Until you provide the actual video for review, I’m not buying what you’re selling. I’ve read the manuscripts you’re speaking of and I can tell you it’s way clearer than you’re making it out to be. It probably seems unclear to you because you don’t read Greek and you aren’t accustomed to scripto continuum.
