There was no gas on 59 heading north of Cleveland and none on 190 E. there is no electricity through there so most of the stores were closed. However, once you get over the state line you will be able to get gas...I did see a gas station opened in Bon Wier.

One more thing. Once you get into Louisiana there is plenty of stations open for gas. Just an FYI.

We just passed 190 E through Merryville into Louisiana. It is all clear for those of you taking this route today. Good luck!
I was also told 190 east is open into Louisiana now. We are on 190 right now about an hour away from there. I will update once we are able to pass.
Ok. 59 to Livingston 190 east is clear. We are on 190 heading to Jasper. If you are taking this route make sure you top of your gas before you get on 59 bc there is no gas though here: I will post another update once we get through jasper. Traffic light as of now.

I think the route through leesville will work...that is if they are not flooded. They had to open the dam at Toledo Bend. We are checking and I will let everyone know.

Anyone traveling from Houston to the game in NOLA?? Any ideas on how you plan to get through Beaumont bc of the flooding would be awesome!

We purchased our tickets from Texans for the game. I haven't gotten an email from Ticketmaster with a purchase code. Anyone else purchase from Texans? I did see a pre sale Texans code and I am assuming that may be the code to use.
Ok so do you guys think it is better to call Ticketmaster to buy the pre sale tickets or just purchase them online using the correct code??? The reason I am asking is because I have tried to call them all day today and have not had any luck getting in touch with anyone.
So, if we bought tickets from the Texans does that mean we will have to buy when they open it up for the general public?? Did anyone else buy their tickets from the Texans??
Did anyone else buy tickets through NRG stadium? We bought ours through Houston Texans.
