@SkipDigs, for exams understand the concept from the slides and focus on the Problem set question and answers, my recollection is that most of the questions are from the problem set. this class wasn't that heavy provided you have done FIN701 already

FIN720 Syllabus is out, seems the same format as FIN710 with Heigsh, hope to get concepts explained well on this one....

@WhoNeedsSleep, yes i did, secured an A in that, its relatively easy and requires less commitment, if you have done FIN701 already.

@WhoNeedsSleep, agree with you, got a B in FIN710 as well and have no choice but to face him again for FIN720.. course materials are good but the way the concepts are taught needs to improve.. glad done with this term :nana:

Took the exam last night, was ok same mid B, let me know if you need a hand. keep in mind many problems to solve.
agree it shows how many folks are joining the zoom sessions as opposed to folks who all participated during vines.
ok sailing in the same boat then, I hope there could have been a better way at explaining the concepts, glad that i have completed FIN701 so Vines guides does aid but once again not confident on the way its going

@ CDNJ & Multis10 - just finished my FIN710 exam, to my surprise there were approx 45-50% problems i had to solve, and was very time consuming, somehow was able to complete them in time but i think we need to be prepared on both sides as these are randomly generated.
Just took the MADM701 exam, was good.
Focus on the chapter text and the videos, got approx. 4/5 Q's from video, the questions were long though.

Anyone taken MADM701 exam already, also for FIN710 is it mandatory to use the HP 10B II Plus, I see almost most of the problems can be solved in excel, who all are taking FIN710 this term
Any one completed MADM701 and FIN710 exams and would like to shed some light ?
