Admitted to having bad eating habits at home. Says some of it is related to having all this money now, some of it is that he feels invincible.
After talking to the "older guys," he knows he's on the wrong path and needs to clean it up. Lot of things he could have done better, but didn't. In the process of fixing those wrongs.
Asked about diet, said he works more on flexibility and band work compared to dieting hard and losing weight.
"LeBron has the blueprint, so I best follow it."
Being on the sideline hurts him more than anything.
