As a doctor, it's ALWAYS OK to seek medical help. No physician would turn you away with a concern about mental health. Even if they could not help you directly, getting plugged into the mental health system is something that any doctor can do.

I've been, but I've gone to Keeneland far more (I live a couple miles from the track in Lexington). I've enjoyed myself much more at Keeneland than at the Derby. Much lower key, easier to bet, easier to park, just makes for a more relaxed day.

The Derby was fun, we were in the infield. Common misconception, you definitely CAN see the track from the infield, but you've got to get there at a decent time to get a spot. Setting up in a corner is the best place, you get to see a large swatch of the track from when the horses enter the turn to when they exit.

Seconded on Gordon and Sandifer. If you're not going through insurance, they can work out a discount for cash too.
