USPS loses RV pass looking for another

Bought a legit RV pass - seller sent it priority mail USPS from Opelousas to Houma giving me tracking info - it should have arrived Wednesday at the latest. Went to local post office, package is lost. Tracking showing it’s going back and forth from BR to NO…..no recourse but paid extra for the “priority”! Never made it to Houma, grandkids coming in from S’port to watch game,…….long story short, looking for an RV pass
