Yes, and if they aren't using them they can pay more not to use them and the university can get some benefit.

I don't think it's just a millennial problem, I think it's the older fanbase that doesn't appreciate its tickets anymore
A Stadium Attendance Solution
Posted by Broccoli Slaw on 10/17/16 at 12:02 pm
Proposal: The Tiger Pride Initiative
In 2017, a stadium wide digital picture will be taken for every home game at the beginning of the 4th quarter. Stadium employees will also walk by and take number attendance per section, split up as is necessary to get near accurate counts. Student section attendance will be taken by exiting students going to ticket scanning stations located by exits where a scanned ticket can be used to receive a free Chik Fil A sandwich or some other food incentive paid for by the university or its sponsors. This will indicate when the student left the game.
In 2018, season ticket holders and student ticket holders that were not present at 70% or more 4th quarters will be given the option to pay a "Tiger Pride Fee" in order to retain their right to retain season tickets. Additional charitable giving will be considered to decrease the game percentage required to attend.
Failure to pay the fee will result in season ticket forfeiture and a return to the lottery. I'm not sure what a reasonable fee would be but I am sure that would be incentive for some people to stay longer and those that don't can forfeit their tickets and give some other fans a chance to move down into the better seats.
I await your down votes.

Perhaps I was just taken by the wings which are in fairly short supply in this area.

Yes, I am a middle aged Middle Eastern man that doesn't have a restaurant website. You got me.
Wings and More - Government Street (Old Roly Poly)
Posted by Broccoli Slaw on 6/13/16 at 2:20 pm
On Saturday after spending about 3 hours in the attic wiring up some pendent lighting (You're fricking welcome dear!), I was covered in insulation particles and too tired to shower for dinner. We decided to order from Wings and More on Government, where the Roly Poly used to be. We attempted to search out a menu online but there wasn't one anywhere. I begrudgingly went to the place to make our order. I waited for the order which came out surprisingly quickly.
I got a philly cheesesteak, a chicken philly, two kids chicken nugget meals and an order of 10 wings. The sandwiches were good, but I would have opted out of the lettuce on mine (not a fan of heated shredded iceberg lettuce). They don't come with Cheese Whiz, it was provolone for the steak and American for the chicken philly. Standard poboy bread its all heated and wrapped up tightly. The kids nuggets come with 10 nuggets for $6.99 with fries, they weren't fantastic quality but the kids liked them. The wings however were ON POINT! They were a good size and fried without breading (not oven baked like Rotolos). I got the spicy BBQ which was really good there were a few other choices. I will be going back for the wings alone.
The place is a little less than inviting on the inside but I always like bootleg places like this so I think its worth adding to your take out rotation if you are in the area.

Snobs will tell you it's exactly like Louie because of the format. To stray away from traditional comedic narration on television is to be Louie apparently. I personally loved it. You'll get a second season btw.
I heard the same thing. But for me there is a difference, I have never once laughed at Louis CK. Not. Once.
re: Which would you buy: highlander, pathfinder, santa fe or acadia
Posted by Broccoli Slaw on 4/26/16 at 12:22 pm to nerd guy
We just got a '15 Acadia because we needed the room. I am surprised at the pick up with the V6. We also like the captains chairs in the middle to keep the little bastards from murdering each other. So far I am very pleased.
They had a lot of problems in their initial roll out up until the redesign in 2014. The later models are in good shape.

re: What's Your Go-to Mixed Drink on the Beach?
Posted by Broccoli Slaw on 4/21/16 at 11:16 am to RadBro
Mojitos are good, but I also like good marg on the rocks with Grand Marnier and fresh lime. However after much consideration, this beach season will be the season of Tequila Mules with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

That makes more sense
As we began: "Oh, don't hurt me!" (Um, wut?)
During: Began chanting "This is the place, this is it..." (WTF? I was 18 and getting frightened)
Right before the fireworks: "I want all of it...in me...now" (Admittedly pretty hot at the time, but afterwards when I remembered I wasn't protected I was slightly vexed.)
After: Lots of rubbing on the sensitive areas (in an uncomfortable way) and wiping around of the various fluids. Then she told me that she knew that I was the one she supposed to be with, not my roommate whom she had called it off with. She had literally rubbed semen all over her stomach and upper thighs while talking to me.
I ran like the wind. In hindsight not extremely strange as my book has had more chapters added to it but for the first chapter, it's an attention grabber.

what did she say man??? I mean your post count suggests you're a lurker but Goddamn! You know better!
I didn't even get out my car. I was at a gas station and she just walked by. There wasn't a real "in" for conversation, plus she was walking with this other scary chick. I know I chickened out but some people don't need to tell you their story, sometimes it's written all over them, you know?

She used to live in my apartment complex in college. Kind of a slut but super attractive. She was also fundamentally broken. She said a lot of weird stuff during sex, talk about throw your game off for a first timer. Fast forward 5 years and she is walking down Florida Blvd by the bus station dressed like a tweeker sporting a fairly large neck tattoo. I wasn't shocked but it was a little surprising, the spiral is real and scary.
re: Defeat the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice expansion - Louisiana SB 187
Posted by Broccoli Slaw on 4/9/16 at 9:35 am to LATigerdoc
Having watched the committee meeting for this bill, my understanding is that the agreement is a piece of paper that provides no oversight by a doctor just a base for a possible referral if the patient is presenting symptoms outside of an NPs scope. They aren't even required to refer the patient to that particular doctor, but they are required to pay for that association. I don't recall a single doctor denying this fact when the opposition was allowed to speak. Sounds like the wagons are being circled, the same thing happened when the PTs tried to get direct access and that passed pretty handily.
