The USA Today website, much like their poll, leaves something to be desired.

Tulane got absolutely jobbed by them last week. Funny how when Tulane went 3-0 last week on the road, having won 9 of its last ten, including LSU and SMiss, and they were 28. 28.

We go 4-1 beating Southern, UNO, and take 2/3 at home from a bad Memphis team, and thats the reason to suddenly shoot us up into the teens? Seriously?

If I actually bought paper copies of USA Today I'd keep it on hand in case I ran out of arse-wipe. But that would require giving them money for their rag of a paper.

Me too. Fix'd that for you though.

1. Tulane
2. LSU
3. ULL
4. UNO

We could have it at Airline and call it.. Win... Winn... Winn-Dixie or something like that.
Important for both parties. Tulane is trying to keep hosting shot alive, and at the very least be a #2 seed and not be in a national seed regional. They need the RPI win badly. We are 7-3 against the Top 50, but with UNO at 44, and Houston at 67, this might be the only Top 50 RPI game left for Tulane on the reg. schedule.

LSU has a better shot at hosting, and is trying to keep their national seed dreams alive, but dropping another to Tulane will hurt that-- especially after going 2-2 last week. LSU is 7-9 against the Top 50 and only 9-10 against Top 100-- they need the RPI win too. Also, getting swept by Tulane might cause LSU fans to pop a blood vessel.

As an aside, Tulane v. LSU in a ranked v. ranked, meaningful game is how it should be. Bring it corndogs. :doublebird:
