Some people may not like them, but a new brewery called Urban South makes an IPA called Holly Roller, and it tastes very similar to Ghost in the Machine.

Both KBS and Ghost in the Machine pretty much sold out within the first day of arriving in NO. Cashier at Rouses told me a guy came in and bought half of their allocation as soon as it hit the shelf. They have a few places that will randomly receive additional bottles, but its not often and when it happens it doesn't last long.
I always thought Singleton's cheesesteak was pretty good

Urban South Brewery, brand new brewery in the LGD, has crawfish quite often.
