I actually just had Brennan's for the first time as well about 2 weeks ago. We went for brunch on a Monday morning. The service was top notch however I agree with you on the food. The turtle soup wasn't anything special. I enjoyed my watermelon wine concoction but just could not get past how bland the food was. The bananas foster was great though.
