No one gives a shite about the butt-wipe tree cult.

I’m trying to imagine giving a shite about any women’s sport that much.
This is the correct perspective.

I watched half of the game Sat and turned it off. I am done for this season. Maybe next season will be better. The dynasty is officially dead for now.
auburn's wants to win the state from Bama and see the Bama dynasty crumble. They focus more on the downfall of Bama than actually being successful themselves. This all started back in the 80's when they hired Pat Dye and has continued since.

Auburn has been very focused and precision in their process. They have slowly taken over all the media in the state. Back in the 70s I'd say auburn would have been lucky to have 20% of the state. Now days its more like 40% and climbing. They have done this by controlling the media, having some success, and getting TONS of money pumped into the program from somewhere. They are the kings of promotion and rah-rah BS, but it works on people. Women are prone to root for auburn because they are viewed as the under-dogs. Men with an under-dog syndrome are prone to root for auburn.

They also want to see the auburn area built up to compete with Tuscaloosa. So they have taken over politics in the state to get money funneled toward their efforts. Go look at auburn today vs the 70's. Its been completely transformed. auburn controls major political seats in this state and have for some time. They had Tubberville face or name on the front page of every news outlet for 2 years before the election. Result: he won in a land-slide victory of 85%+.

Also, Birmingham used to be a Bama city and we had legion field there. auburn was instrumental in causing division and promoting UAB as a brand. This is why so many Bama fans want to see UAB not be successful. There is a reason auburn keeps all their sports on the auburn campus and all the focus on the main campus teams.

auburn also pumps its teams at the high school level.

Bottom-line: Bama will always have its history and tradition, but auburn is slowly winning the battle in this state; and Bama is doing nothing to stop it in any form.
If auburn could pay to get all night games, they would do it. The same way they have bought all the state media.

Sankey does not want whats best for the SEC...Its like the SEC is being ran by the Big10.
Deboer is soft and clueless. He has no idea what tough, disciplined football is all about. Bama would do well to part ways with him asap.
Everything is sold out to money now days, just like NIL. Teams will be buying time slots soon.
Alabama arrogance is what has allowed auburn to take over the media and politics in this state. And increase their fan base so much. They are winning the war and Alabama just allows it to keep taking place.

I must have missed AJ saying that about the talent.......Holtz was a good coach but he also held very loose reins on team discipline and it shows. DTR filled in for this year but AJ has to improve QB for next year.

McCarron got a lot of things to improve on in off-season. Many issues to get fixed. The OL and QB are bad.
This is wrong in so many ways. Don't think they're gonna get much traction with vast majority of fans.

noon kick off in hot as hell Birmingham where lots of people go to church.
Looks like the people in charge has been trying to bring down Bham for a while. Some very strange things happened last year. And you are right, the scheduling has sucked as well.

Stallions win to enter playoff picture.
If you think asking for our players to demonstrate Commitment, Discipline, Effort, Toughness, Pride, the way you assume a person's loyalty is odd.

He is not Nick Saban
Not asking him to be Nick Saban, but the principals that win are the same anywhere. Commitment, Discipline, Effort, Toughness, Pride. Sound familiar.
Hanging out in the west coast = more soft and finesse. More of the same. Deboer is never going to understand Saban (alpha dog) toughness.
